ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO BECOME A JCE PTO MEMBER:

 

How do I join the PTO?  Click the "JOIN THE PTO" button and then you will be prompted to log in or create a new profile.  

 

Do I have to create a profile on Membership Toolkit?  You must create a profile to purchase a PTO membership and to make future online purchases.  A complete profile is necessary to make sure we have your correct information.

 

How do I process my Membership Enrollment Online?

·         Once you’ve created a profile, and see the online registration options, please click on “PTO Membership Form 2018-2019” option.

·         Please select your Membership Level and then click “ADD TO CART”.

·         Then click “PROCEED to CHECKOUT”.

·         Verify the items in your cart and select “Pay Now with Credit or Debit Card”.

·         You will then enter your credit card or debit card information.

·         After checkout, you will receive an EMAIL receipt with a record of your payment.  This serves as your membership confirmation.  You may want to print and/or save in your emails.
